Mindful Self-Defense for Women

Peaceful Warrior

Saturday, 10/10/26
10:00AM – 12:00 PM

“Be Careful” was never much of a plan, was it?

  • Peaceful Warrior is an experiential workshop designed to help women feel more aware, more confident, and more capable in everyday life and in unexpected situations.

  • Using the FIERCE Framework, Feel, Investigate, Evaluate, Respond, Capability, Exhale, we explore how to notice what your body is telling you, become more aware of your surroundings, use your voice, take up space, set clearer boundaries, and respond when something just doesn’t feel right.

  • There is nervous system education, movement, storytelling, real life scenarios, laughter, and hands on practice. We explore things many of us were never really taught, like how to trust what we notice, how to stop automatically shrinking, and how posture, voice, and presence can change an interaction.

  • And yes, you will learn real self defense. Each workshop focuses on one practical physical skill and gives you enough repetition to leave thinking, "I could actually do that."

  • Peaceful Warrior is designed as a monthly series, with a new scenario, awareness lesson, and self defense technique each month. Every workshop stands on its own, so you can come once or come back and keep building.

  • No martial arts experience or special fitness level is needed.

Come Curious.
Leave a little more FIERCE.
