Forgiving Others,
Forgiving Ourselves
A Healing Journey of Release and Return to the Heart
Many of us carry unseen burdens: old wounds, unspoken grief, guilt, regret, anger, shame, and the lingering cords of unresolved pain. Over time, these burdens can harden the heart and disconnect us from our deepest self.
This workshop is an invitation into the healing path of forgiveness—not as spiritual perfection, but as liberation.
Together we will explore three sacred layers of forgiveness:
Forgiving those who have harmed us
Forgiving ourselves for harm we may have caused others
Forgiving ourselves for the ways we have wounded or abandoned our own soul while trying to survive.
Through meditation, inner inquiry, energetic cord-cutting, compassionate shadow work, and the practice of feeding our inner demons, we will learn how forgiveness can become a doorway toward healing trauma, reclaiming vitality, and restoring wholeness.
This is gentle, heart-centered work held in a safe and compassionate space. You are not asked to rush your healing or deny your pain. Instead, you are invited to meet yourself with honesty, tenderness, and grace.
Forgiveness is not forgetting.
Forgiveness is freeing the heart.
