Treat Yourself and Embark on Your Journey to Wellness

Sunday, December 14, 2025

1pm - 2:30pm

$40

We’ll start with some gentle breathing exercises and then dive deep into our sound journey together.

You'll hear different instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, gongs and other instruments.

At the end you’ll have time to have a warm beverage and journal if you choose
before you float home to the rest of your afternoon.

About the session:

Our room will have comfortable seating for sitting and some room to lay down, if you desire.

This is a 75-minute sound bath.  Wear comfortable clothes and feel free to bring pillows or blankets to pad yourself or cover yourself and be at your utmost comfort.

Jazmin Chavez, guest instructor, Sound Bath

Jazmin Chavez is a passionate advocate for wellness, balance, and connection. For the past 15 years, she has dedicated her career to teaching music in public schools, serving as a band director for middle and high school students while I completed her Doctorate in Education from Lipscomb University in 2025. Through this work, she witnessed firsthand the challenges educators face—from the demands of the classroom to the emotional toll of guiding young minds. These challenges expand beyond the world of education into our modern living and working.

In 2018, Jazmin took her first 200-hour yoga teacher training through Breathe for Change, and this transformative experience deepened her commitment to self-care and mindfulness. Since then, she has completed additional yoga training, including another 200-hour certification through Rising Wolf Yoga School in 2020, and has been teaching Vinyasa Power Flow classes since 2019.

Her journey into sound healing began with a desire to explore complementary practices that nurture both body and mind. In 2023, she earned a Level 2 Practitioner’s Diploma in Sound Healing with Groups from The Sound Healing Academy in the UK and has completed the Level 4 Monochord training with Feeltone Sound Massage & Sound Therapy. Today, she combines her expertise as a teacher, yoga instructor, and sound healer to create meaningful experiences designed to help others restore balance and avoid burnout.

Through sound baths, workshops, and small group sessions, she focuses on providing educators and other working professionals with the tools to recharge and thrive. Her mission is to create a space where you can pause, reconnect with yourself, and rediscover your inner harmony—because caring for yourself is the first step in caring for others.
