Begin with a chakra review and meditation before exploring common energetic defense patterns.
Participants will have an opportunity to recognize how these patterns may show up in relationships with others, learn ways to become more aware of their own energetic boundaries, and the potential gifts in the defense patterns. -
Continue exploring how we sense, interpret, and communicate energetic information through the clair senses.

Learn two new healing techniques, with a demonstration of each technique, hands-on practice, and time for group reflection.

Explore how to structure and provide an energy healing session
Including how to care for yourself, as well as your friend, loved one, or client.
