In this three-class series, we will dive into scientific principles of generational, inherited patterns that affect day-to-day life decisions in the present moment.
Through lecture, dyads, and group interaction, we begin to identify the patterns that shape us, the decisions we make, and the reactions we impose on those around us.
The goal is to replace unhealthy patterns of relationship with "in the moment" healthy decisions from our authentic self. This is accomplished by examining genetic family stories of parents, and grandparents along with unhealthy patterns in our family of origin.
Additionally, we talk about how to look at these patterns from an energetic perspective.
This program qualifies for Six (6) hours of Continuing Education Units. It has been approved in partnership with the Nashville Psychotherapy Institute (NPI). NPI is recognized by the TN Dept of Health Division of Health Licensure- and Regulation as a CE Provider.
