Synchronicity,

Vibration,

and Flow

Saturday, 2/7/26
2:00PM - 4:00PM

Join us on Saturday, February 7th from 2 to 4pm at The Center for Contemplative Justice for a transformative experience that blends depth, movement, and vibration.

This unique class begins with a talk on Carl Jung’s theory of synchronicity—the meaningful coincidences that shape our inner and outer worlds. You’ll explore how this concept relates to intuition, alignment, and the moments in life when everything seems to flow.

After grounding in this teaching, you’ll be guided into a Yin Yoga practice designed to open the body, calm the nervous system, and create space for this flow to occur. The journey coincides with a soothing sound bath, using resonant frequencies to bring you into deep relaxation,  harmonizing both the mind and the body.

Come prepared to learn, unwind, and attune to the subtle connections that move through your life.

Brought to you by The Center for Contemplative Justice and The Estuary.
