Falling in Love . . . with YOU!

A 4-Week Journey into Radical Self-Love and Wholeness

In-Person at The Estuary | Tuesdays in February 2026 | $300 (includes reflection journal)

You are your own greatest love story.

Most of us spend our lives seeking love—yearning to feel seen, valued, and cherished. We look for it in relationships, achievements, approval, and belonging. Yet the deepest, most nourishing love we could ever know is already within us—waiting to be remembered.

Falling in Love... with YOU! is a four-week in-person course devoted to cultivating a deeply loving, compassionate, and nourishing relationship with yourself. Through guided meditation, gentle breathwork, journaling, dyads, and group sharing, you’ll be invited to meet yourself with kindness, release old patterns of self-judgment, and open your heart to receive love in all its forms.

This course isn’t about adding something new to become “worthy.” It’s about uncovering what has always been true: You are love itself.

A month to remember your own heart.

Each week builds upon the last, creating a sacred rhythm of reflection, healing, and integration. You’ll spend time in community and in quiet self-discovery, supported by practices inspired by time-honored teachers such as Louise Hay, Brené Brown, Don Miguel Ruiz, Jean Houston, Kristin Neff, Harville Hendrix, and Deepak Chopra.

You’ll explore how love feels, looks, and moves through you—how to receive it, embody it, and extend it freely. The journey unfolds through four themes:

  • Week 1 - Meeting Yourself with Love: "I Am Worthy"

Begin your journey by turning toward yourself with tenderness. Our work this week centers on dissolving self-criticism and awakening to our innate goodness.

You’ll leave this first class feeling softened, grounded, and connected to the truth that you are enough, just as you are.

    You’ll explore:

    The power of self-compassion

How to release the “inner critic”

Journaling prompts to uncover what you most need to hear from yourself

  • Week 2 – Healing the Barriers to Love: “The Courage to Be Seen”

The second week invites you to bring compassion to the parts of yourself you’ve hidden—those tender places that feel unworthy, afraid, or too much. You’ll discover that healing happens when we are witnessed in love. Vulnerability becomes the bridge back to wholeness.

    You’ll explore:

The roots of shame and self-protection

Practices for meeting your “inner critic” with empathy

The freedom of being fully seen—imperfections and all

  • Week 3 – Receiving Love: “Opening to Nurture and Support”

Many of us are skilled at giving love but struggle to truly receive it. This week, we explore the art of allowing—of letting love in. You’ll gently expand your capacity to receive love, kindness, and care without apology or resistance.

You’ll be guided in heart-opening practices—learning that receiving is an act of trust and surrender, not weakness.

    You’ll explore:

How old patterns block the flow of love

The energetics of giving and receiving

Ways to open the heart chakra and invite nourishment

    Self-care as a spiritual practice

  • Week 4 – Living as Love: “Becoming the Beloved”

In our final week, we celebrate the wholeness we have remembered. We step into the truth that love is not something we achieve—it is our essence. We integrate the journey and anchor it through ritual, gratitude, and intention.

    You’ll explore:

    Living from self-love and authenticity

How loving yourself transforms every relationship

Creating practices to continue your journey beyond the course

When we love ourselves, we become more open, generous, and whole.

We move through life with less fear and more grace.

We stop trying to earn love and begin to radiate it.

Every time you soften toward yourself, the world becomes a little gentler too.

Your self-love is not selfish—it’s sacred.

“When you love yourself
and you love someone else,
you are doing the same thing.”

— Thich Nhat Hanh
