Listening Inward, Shifting into Ease: Guided Meditations to Awaken the Gift of Your True Self
with Dorothy DanielWe’ll step into practices that help us soften the noise of daily life and return to the quiet wisdom of the soul.
🌿 A Journey into Awareness
You’ll be guided through a meditation that gently reveals the subtle ways you may be unconsciously holding yourself back or making life harder than it needs to be. Along the way, you’ll also receive a symbolic gift to support and encourage your soul’s unfolding path.🌿 A Conversation with Your Wisest Self
In a second guided journey, you’ll step into the perspective of your Future Self—the part of you that has already lived into the life you are creating. From this higher vantage point, you’ll receive wisdom, clarity, and even a meaningful name to help you anchor this inner connection.🌿 Integration through Reflection & Sharing
Following each meditation, journaling prompts and group dialogue will help you ground your discoveries, reframe limiting patterns, and carry your insights forward with greater ease and presence. -

The Art of Ritual: Cultivating Presence and Intention in Everyday Life
with Sarah SilviRitual has helped humans make sense of the world since the beginning of recorded time. Across cultures and spiritual traditions, people have created meaning through everyday acts like music, scent, food, art, shared stories, and symbolism. These practices have endured for generations because they speak to something universal within each of us; a desire to connect with something greater than ourselves.
In this class we will explore not only how to create meaningful practices in your own life, but also why ritual has held such an importance for humans across time. This class will create a space where each person can begin to author an intentional practice that supports them, or expand upon an existing framework.
Participants will come away with:
An understanding of the historical and cultural roots of ritual and why they remain relevant today.
Clarity around what matters to you and how it can be translated into your own, intentional practice
