Hi, I’m Hannah Peterson, LCSW.

I’m a warm, integrative therapist supporting teens (15+), adults, couples, and families as they navigate life transitions, grief, identity exploration, relationship challenges, chronic illness, pain management, and the ongoing work of becoming more fully themselves. My approach is grounded, relational, and experiential, drawing on clinical training as well as creative intuition and embodied presence.

Before becoming a therapist, I earned a BFA in Art History, a background that continues to shape how I understand people. I bring a deep appreciation for symbolism, narrative, and the layered nature of meaning-making into the therapy space. I often integrate creative and somatic approaches to help clients explore their inner worlds with curiosity and care.

I'm trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, DBT, CBT, and ACT, and I incorporate attachment-based approaches alongside somatic and mindfulness-based tools informed by my yoga certification. Whether we’re meeting in the office, taking a walk, or finding new ways to connect in session, I’m here to support you in building deeper trust in yourself and more fulfilling relationships with others.

If you’re curious about working together, feel free to reach out with any questions. I’d be glad to connect.
