Grounding into Winter
Winter is a season when our unseen roots deepen. As attention on outward growth turns inward, Winter offers a time of rest and introspection that feeds the inner rivers of our being.
Through gentle yoga and sound meditation, you will bring awareness to prepare your inner landscape for moving into Winter, a time of fertile stillness and an opportunity for realigning with soul purpose.
We will begin with a short gentle yoga practice to open channels to receive breath, sound, and inner vision. Then we will rest back for a guided meditation and sound journey to explore the inner hearth, and finally we will close with a few minutes of optional sharing.
